Farmall 200 (1954–1956)

Introduced by International Harvester in 1954, the Farmall 200 built upon the success of the legendary Farmall Super C with more power, improved hydraulics, and greater versatility. Designed for small and medium-sized farms, it excelled at cultivating row crops, plowing, mowing, planting, and dozens of other everyday tasks.

Producing approximately 26 horsepower, the Farmall 200 featured the innovative Touch-Control hydraulic system, allowing farmers to raise and lower implements with precision from the driver's seat. It also offered a variety of attachments, making it one of the most adaptable tractors of its era. As farms continued to modernize after World War II, the Farmall 200 became a dependable workhorse that helped increase productivity while reducing the physical demands of farming.

Today, the Farmall 200 represents the rapid advances in agricultural technology during the 1950s and remains a favorite among collectors for its reliability, versatility, and classic Farmall styling.

Did you know? The Farmall 200 could use more than 100 different implements, allowing one tractor to cultivate crops in the morning, mow hay in the afternoon, and haul wagons before the day was over. Its versatility made it one of the hardest-working machines on many family farms.
